đź’” Why Are So Many People Dying So Early After Covid? Is It Covishield, Stress, or Something Else?

HEALTH & WELLNESS

I don’t know about you, but I can’t stay silent on this anymore.

Lately, I’ve been seeing something deeply unsettling — a rise in sudden deaths and heart attacks in my surroundings. And not just in elderly people. I’m talking about young, active individuals in their 30s and 40s… people who had no prior history of heart disease. People who were “just fine” one day and gone the next.

This can’t be a coincidence.

So I started asking questions — not out of fear, but out of care.

đź’‰ Is It Covishield? Or Something Else?

Let’s talk openly.

Many of us took the vaccine during the pandemic. Covishield, Covaxin, or others. At the time, it felt like the only option. And maybe it was. But what are the long-term effects? Can we really ignore the wave of heart issues, blood clots, and brain strokes that started becoming “normal” after 2021?

Ask yourself:
Did someone in your circle pass away too early, post-Covid or post-vaccine?
Was it Covishield or Covaxin?
Did they ever complain of chest discomfort, tiredness, or palpitations before it happened?

🧠 My Observation: What I See Around Me
  • People are getting heart attacks during sleep or while resting.

  • Fit individuals are collapsing during gym or morning walks.

  • Others are suddenly diagnosed with high BP, diabetes, or clots—without warning.

  • And stress? It’s silently killing minds, one burnout at a time.

But there’s one more insight I want to share.
Something I felt very personally...

🍽 The Danger of Not Eating on Time

Yes, you read that right.

During and after Covid, many people — including me — started ignoring hunger.
Busy schedule, stress, laziness, or just the habit of skipping meals… it became “normal.”

But here’s what I truly believe:

When you’re hungry and don’t eat, your immunity drops. Your gut weakens. And that’s when viruses, inflammation, and even heart stress take over silently.

In Ayurveda, it's said:

"Aama (toxins) build up when digestion is weak. And all diseases begin with Aama."

I’ve personally felt how not eating on time lowers energy, triggers anxiety, and worsens even mild infections.
It’s not just a physical mistake — it becomes an emotional and immune vulnerability.

🧬 What Could Be Causing These Early Deaths?
  • COVID-19 itself can silently damage heart and nerves.

  • Vaccines, while helpful, may cause rare but serious reactions like clots or myocarditis.

  • Long Covid leads to chronic fatigue, fog, anxiety, gut issues.

  • Not eating on time — especially skipping breakfast or lunch — can weaken immunity, upset gut microbiome, and create silent inflammation.

  • Emotional burnout is real. So is grief and stress-induced heart failure.

🌿 What We Can Do Now

If you’re reading this and feel even a little seen, here are a few things I’d suggest:

  • Get an annual heart check-up (ECG + Echo + D-Dimer)

  • Ask your family: “Did you take Covaxin or Covishield?”

  • Start herbs like Arjuna bark, Ashwagandha, and Triphala

  • Do 5 minutes of deep humming or breathwork every morning

  • Avoid ultra-processed food, especially oils and sugars

  • Eat on time, even if it's light. Let digestion be your first medicine.

  • Most importantly: Talk about what you're feeling. It's part of healing.

🗣 Let’s Talk About This

This blog isn’t a medical report.
It’s a human heart observing human hearts fail too soon.

I’m not claiming answers — I’m raising awareness. Because maybe, just maybe, someone out there needs to hear this before it’s too late.

So let me ask you:

Did you take Covishield or Covaxin?
Did your health change after Covid — even slightly?
Have you lost someone unexpectedly in the past 2–3 years?

If this resonates with you, share this blog. Let’s stop brushing things under the carpet and start asking, observing, healing.

Because staying silent won’t protect us.
But staying aware, prepared, and connected just might.
