🫀 Sit. Breathe. Heal — Before Your Heartbeat Becomes a Headline
I’m writing this not as a digital marketer, not even as a blogger —
but as someone who’s watching too many people leave too soon.
Young professionals. Gym-goers. Relatives. Friends of friends.
One moment they’re smiling on Instagram.
The next moment — we’re sharing their condolence post.
And the cause? Heart attacks. Silent. Sudden. Scary.
🧬 Post-COVID, Post-Vaccine… Something Has Changed
I took Covaxin.
Most people around me took Covishield.
I’ve heard all kinds of opinions — side effects, blood clot links, post-vaccine fatigue…
But beyond technicalities, here’s what I personally feel:
Something in our internal rhythm has shifted.
Our stress is chronic.
Our breath is shallow.
Our body is alert 24/7 — but never truly relaxed.
And the heart?
It’s quietly suffering under this constant load.
🤯 The Real Pandemic Might Be... Unprocessed Stress
We underestimate what a few months of fear, isolation, and vaccine-driven immunity changes did to us.
Skipped meals
Late nights
Overthinking
Fast scrolling
Emotional bottling
Breath-holding (yes, literally)
And all of it… lands directly on the heart.
🧘 Yoga Is Not a Trend. It’s the Medicine We Forgot.
I’m not anti-modern medicine. I’m grateful for science.
But I’m also wondering:
Why does no pharma ad ever say — “Now take a break and go sit under a tree”?
Why don’t we teach Anulom-Vilom in hospitals?
Why isn’t Pranayama a required corporate break?
Here’s My Simple Truth:
I don’t want to wait for chest pain to remind me I’m alive.
So I’ve started choosing:
Slower mornings
Deeper breathing
Less chaos. More quiet
Sitting still, without guilt
Because maybe — this is the real prevention.
💬 Final Words
If your body feels “off” but reports are “normal”…
Listen to your breath.
It has the answers.
Let’s stop chasing more — and start cherishing what’s already within.
Sit. Breathe. Heal — before your heartbeat becomes a headline.
🪷 Want to Begin? Start Here:
5 minutes of Anulom-Vilom every morning
Tulsi + ginger tea before screen time
15-minute silent walk without your phone
End your day with gratitude, not notifications
